LSGW is dedicated to serving God's people. We are determined to stand up to the injustice in the world, so we are starting a Revolution, calling the people of America to action. You can make a difference today, and together we will bring justice to the oppressed. Together, we will change the world!
LSGW's first project will be aimed at helping stop child labor.
What is child labor? Child labor is work that exceeds a minimum number of hours, depending on the age of a child and on the type of work. Such work is considered harmful to the child and should therefore be eliminated!
An estimated 4.9 million children aged 5-15 are working in Bangladesh. They are employed as domestic workers, garage helpers, factory workers, porters in railway stations and markets, and workers in small foundries - many for little or no pay, and 1.3 million of them in hazardous conditions. Many of them do not have access to education, which causes them to become stuck in the cycle of poverty. Experience shows that children with no education are forced to work in the dangerous labor market.

This is an image of a world map, showing how widespread child labor is. LSGW wants to help change the horrible cycle that these families and children are forced to endure. Mahatma Gandhi said, "Be the change you want to see in the world."
